US Forks is a restaurant menu and dining guide built for the way people really decide where to eat — by looking at the menu first.
We started US Forks with a simple belief: before you drive across town, place a delivery order, or book a table for a celebration, you deserve to know exactly what a restaurant serves and what it costs. Menus are where dining decisions actually happen, yet they are scattered across business listings, ordering apps, social posts and printed boards. Our job is to gather that information, organize it clearly, and present it the way a trusted food publication would.
What We Cover
From national favorites to under-the-radar neighborhood gems, we write about the restaurant menus people are searching for. That includes seafood houses and Gulf-coast fish camps, wood-fired and New Haven–style pizzerias, low-and-slow barbecue joints, all-day cafes, ramen bars, dessert shops, rooftop lounges, family restaurants and dedicated gluten-free dining. Each guide is designed to answer the questions you actually have: What are the signature dishes? How much does it cost? What do regulars order? Where is it, and when is it open?
How We Source Menus
Accuracy matters more than speed. Whenever menu information is available, we prioritize the restaurant’s official Google Business Profile, followed by the official restaurant website, official ordering platforms, and verified social media profiles. We never invent menu items, sections or prices. When something can’t be confirmed, we say so plainly — and we always note that menus and prices can change over time and may vary by location. Every guide carries a clear “last updated” date so you know how current it is.
Dining, Culture and Discovery
Food is about more than a list of dishes. A good menu tells you about a region, a family recipe, a pitmaster’s training, or the produce in season. We write with that in mind — pairing practical details like prices and hours with the story and culture behind the food. The goal is to make restaurant discovery feel less like a chore and more like flipping through a great food magazine.
Who We’re For
US Forks is for the traveler comparing seafood spots before a trip, the family scanning for kid-friendly options, the gluten-free diner who needs to know what’s safe, and anyone who simply loves reading menus. If that sounds like you, start by browsing our menu library or dive into our food guides. We’re glad you’re here — pull up a chair.
